1. Where can I download drivers for the POK?
You don't need drivers. Your workstation should automatically detect the POK through your USB port.

2. What versions of Windows does the pok work with?
The POK works with Windows NT, 2000, XP and Vista.

3. Will the POK work on Mac OS prior to OS X 10.4?
Yes. You can plug it into an available USB port on the computer. However, if you want to change the POK profile or create a new profile, you must run pok Editor on OS X 10.4 or later.

4. Can I use any USB port on the DAW?
You can use any built-in USB port on the computer, or a USB port on a hub, but not a USB port built into your computer keyboard.

5. My DAW is not a Mac. Will the POK work?
The POK works with Mac and Windows PCs. You can also use it on Linux. However, if you want to make changes to the POK profile you can do it a Mac (OS X) or Windows (NT/XP/Vista) computer. Pok Editor software does not run on Linux.

6. Does the POK support international (non-English) keyboard characters?
No. The POK emulates a US English keyboard and keystrokes.
